Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist (Member) at KINTO Technologies, you will support the identification and development of new business opportunities that expand KINTO's mobility service ecosystem. Working alongside senior BD members, you will contribute to partnership development, market research, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support identification and evaluation of new business partnerships and market opportunities
- Assist in preparing business cases, proposals, and materials for negotiations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in mobility and technology
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and marketing
- Help manage and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Track progress on business development initiatives and report on key metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Business-level Japanese (native or near-native)
Nice to Have
- Background in mobility, automotive, fintech, or technology industries
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- English communication skills for global partner engagement
