[Customer Success (Dealer DX Business)] DX Engagement Group — Tokyo / Fukuoka

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager for KINTO's Dealer DX Business, you will be the primary relationship owner for Toyota and Lexus dealers using KINTO's digital transformation products. You will ensure dealers successfully adopt and get value from our DX solutions, driving renewal, expansion, and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new dealer customers and guide them through initial product adoption
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealer contacts and management
- Proactively monitor usage data and identify at-risk or growth opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with dealer accounts
- Gather and relay dealer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Represent dealer needs internally to influence product roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B sales
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain product features to non-technical users
- Data-driven approach to assessing customer health and identifying opportunities
- Business-level Japanese
Nice to Have
- Experience working with automotive dealers or in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with SaaS or DX product onboarding
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- English communication skills
