[PdM DX Business (Lead to Manager Level)] DX Solution Group — Tokyo

Role Overview
The DX Solution Group drives digital transformation solutions for KINTO's dealer and partner network. As a Lead-to-Manager level PdM, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for DX products, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and dealer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for DX solutions targeting dealers and business partners
- Lead requirements gathering from dealer network, operations, and business stakeholders
- Manage and prioritise a product backlog; work closely with engineering and design teams
- Track product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Represent the product internally and present to leadership
- Mentor and develop junior product managers over time
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior PdM role
- Experience owning B2B or enterprise product development
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
- Business-level Japanese (native or near-native)
Nice to Have
- Background in DX, SaaS, or dealer/channel management products
- Understanding of automotive dealer processes or CRM systems
- Experience managing other PdMs or product leads
- English communication skills
