[PdM DX Business (Lead to Manager Level)] DX Solution Group — Tokyo

Role Overview

The DX Solution Group drives digital transformation solutions for KINTO's dealer and partner network. As a Lead-to-Manager level PdM, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for DX products, working at the intersection of technology, operations, and dealer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for DX solutions targeting dealers and business partners
  • Lead requirements gathering from dealer network, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritise a product backlog; work closely with engineering and design teams
  • Track product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Represent the product internally and present to leadership
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers over time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior PdM role
  • Experience owning B2B or enterprise product development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
  • Business-level Japanese (native or near-native)

Nice to Have

  • Background in DX, SaaS, or dealer/channel management products
  • Understanding of automotive dealer processes or CRM systems
  • Experience managing other PdMs or product leads
  • English communication skills
