Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer in KINTO's Creative Studio, you will design user experiences for our web and mobile products — from car subscription flows to customer dashboards. You will work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, visually polished interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define UX requirements
• Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• Maintain and evolve KINTO's design system
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
• Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent design tool)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly with cross-functional teams
• Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to or building a design system
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to facilitate engineer collaboration
• Background in automotive, mobility, or e-commerce products
• English communication skills
