Role Overview

As a Product Manager for the Contract Management System Development Group, you will own the product direction for KINTO's core contract management platform — the backbone of our subscription service operations. You will work closely with engineering, business operations, and legal teams to evolve this critical internal system.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for KINTO's contract management systems
• Gather requirements from operations, legal, finance, and customer service stakeholders
• Write detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria
• Prioritise features and trade-offs to maximise operational efficiency and business value
• Collaborate with engineers throughout design, development, and release
• Measure product outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal or B2B systems
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into product requirements
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in agile development environments
• Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• Experience with contract, billing, or subscription management platforms
• Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in financial services
• English communication skills
