Role Overview
This is an English-language role in our Business Development Group. You will identify, structure, and drive strategic partnerships and new business opportunities for KINTO Technologies, working closely with global and domestic stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances
- Evaluate market opportunities and build business cases for new ventures
- Lead negotiations and manage the full deal lifecycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to execute initiatives
- Track industry trends in mobility, automotive, and technology
- Represent KINTO Technologies in meetings with international partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate development
- Excellent English communication skills (business-level or above) — this role requires English proficiency
- Strong analytical and business modelling skills
- Experience leading complex negotiations
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Nice to Have
- Japanese language skills
- Experience in mobility, automotive, fintech, or platform businesses
- Background in M&A, venture investment, or startup ecosystems
