[Business Development] Business Development Group — Tokyo

Role Overview

As a Business Development professional at KINTO Technologies, you will identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities that expand KINTO's mobility service ecosystem. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic growth initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business partnerships, alliances, and market opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and structure agreements with external partners
  • Develop business cases and investment proposals for new ventures
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to launch new initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in mobility and tech
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or corporate development
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills
  • Experience leading negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business-level Japanese (native or near-native)

Nice to Have

  • Background in mobility, automotive, fintech, or technology industries
  • Experience with joint ventures or M&A
  • English communication skills for global partner engagement
