Management Accounting / Budget Management (FP&A / Finance Planning) — Planning & Management Group — Tokyo / Osaka

Role Overview
As part of the Planning & Management Group, you will lead management accounting and budget management (FP&A) functions. You will provide financial insight and planning support that directly informs business strategy at KINTO Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company's annual budget and multi-year financial plans
- Perform monthly management accounting: variance analysis, cost management, and reporting
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business decisions
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand drivers of financial performance
- Improve financial planning processes and reporting tools
- Support finance leadership in preparing materials for the board and parent company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Business-level Japanese (native or near-native)
Nice to Have
- CPA, USCPA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Background in IT, technology, or subscription business models
- English communication skills
