Product Manager (Web Products) — KINTO Product Management Group — Tokyo

Role Overview

As a Product Manager for Web Products at KINTO Technologies, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing web experiences. You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define and ship products that serve KINTO subscribers and prospects.


Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KINTO's web properties
  • Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and data
  • Write clear product specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Analyse product performance using data and define improvement hypotheses
  • Communicate product direction and progress to leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally for web/digital products
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles and web technologies
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data and defining success metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

  • Experience in subscription or e-commerce products
  • Familiarity with SEO, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing
  • Background in automotive, mobility, or related industries
  • English communication skills
