Product Manager (Web Products) — KINTO Product Management Group — Tokyo

Role Overview
As a Product Manager for Web Products at KINTO Technologies, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing web experiences. You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define and ship products that serve KINTO subscribers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KINTO's web properties
- Gather and prioritise requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and data
- Write clear product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Analyse product performance using data and define improvement hypotheses
- Communicate product direction and progress to leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally for web/digital products
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and web technologies
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data and defining success metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level Japanese
Nice to Have
- Experience in subscription or e-commerce products
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion optimisation, and A/B testing
- Background in automotive, mobility, or related industries
- English communication skills
