Role Overview

As a Project Manager in the KINTO Development Promotion Group, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects that support KINTO's subscription and mobility services. You will coordinate across engineering, product, business, and vendor teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria
• Manage cross-functional project teams including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Manage vendor and partner relationships where applicable

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT or tech product development
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and budget
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
• Business-level Japanese

Nice to Have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
• Experience in automotive, mobility, or subscription service industries
• English communication skills for coordination with global teams
