Business Analyst (Marketing / Business Analysis) — Analytics Produce Group — Tokyo / Osaka / Fukuoka

Role Overview
As a Business Analyst in our Analytics Produce Group, you will translate data into actionable insights that directly shape KINTO's marketing strategies and business decisions. You will work at the intersection of data, product, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct marketing and business performance analyses
- Build dashboards and reports to visualise KPIs for stakeholders
- Define measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns and product initiatives
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify analytical needs
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to leadership
- Continuously improve data quality and analytical processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Redash, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
- Business-level Japanese
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for analysis
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Background in the automotive, mobility, or subscription industries
- English communication skills
